Pints and Union is moving to the former Cumberland/ATG location in the Highlands.

Fantastic. I was hoping something decent would move into that spot.

I like Pints & Union a lot and have often wished it was a little closer than New Albany. I hope it works out well in the new location.

Willie, I think it's opening real soon now - for all I know, it may be in soft openings - but to the best of my knowledge, they're doing considerable renovations that take time.

Oh my gosh, do you have to have to pack a lunch and travel through 2 time zones to get there? That 20 minute drive must be so very burdensome :P 8)

I think it may be a while until it opens. As of Friday, the entire storefront was covered in plastic. Not too shocking I guess as that building was due a serious overhaul.

They're opening New Year's Eve at 4 p.m. and also open New Year's Day starting at 2.

Old Louisville Tavern moving in

by JustinHammond » Fri Jan 03, 2025 7:16 am

Old Louisville Tavern

Look's like the cat is out of the bag! We can't tell you how excited we are to be bringing our Neighborhood Tavern to New Albany!! The kitchen is a little smaller, but it is bringing us back to our roots when we started the Old Louisville Tavern almost 12 years ago in May of 2013. We are excited to get to work and be creative with our new culinary home to bring you as many of your favorite items as we can serve out of our space!! Let us know some of the items on our menu you just can't live without!! Make sure to follow us @newalbanytavern for updates on our journey to get open!

We checked out P&U on Sat. for lunch. Solid food and friendly service. Great pub feel.
