The purpose of Apron, Inc. is to provide temporary and limited financial relief to professional food industry workers in Louisville and surrounding areas who work at locally owned establishments and who are experiencing financial distress due to illness, injury or other health related issues, an accident or accidents, family emergencies or other emergencies, criminal acts committed against such worker, or other catastrophic events.
