Just amazing.
I'd seen plenty of 'food shows' featuring Mofongo in all it's forms....and it didn't excite me much. Boy was I wrong. Don't think I went a day without eating it in some form. Pork, Steak, Seafood, etc...all incredible, as was everything else we ate on that trip. I don't think we had one meal that wasn't spectacular....from street food, to local bakery sandwiches, to fine dining.
