Me too, Rich! It seems logical to put a restaurant into a building that's equipped for a restaurant, but we've seen plenty of cases where that didn't happen. Deitrich's (formerly a movie theater) turned into a bank is about the most grievous example I can think of.

I saw that a GoFundMe has been created to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in his memory. According to this information, he died of leukemia.

Yes, although I'm not sure whether he owned it or consulted, and it was never clear to me how active a role he had in the everyday operation.
